Directions:

  2. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and.place saucepan in cold water to cool.
  4. Place strawberries in individual serving dishes.
  5. Pour syrup over strawberries and sprinkle with mint.
