Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingrediants and mix well (however, do not overwork meat). Add a small amount of lukewarm water if mixture seems a little stiff or dry. Form into balls making between 25-30 meatballs. Heat fry pan lightly sprayed with oil or cooking spray. Cook meatballs in 3 batches. Cook on one side for approx. 2 minutes, turn and cook for an another 2 minutes, cover pan and cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake meatballs for 6-10 minutes..
  2. At this point, meatballs may be frozen or added to cooked sauce.
  3. For hamburgers, just shape meat into patties instead of balls.
