Hot Irish Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/3 cup grand marnier

Directions:

  1. Add first three ingredients in a saucepan; stir until well blended and smooth.
  2. Add coffee and heat mixture on low, stirring constantly, until the cocoa and sugar are dissolved (do not bring to a boil).
  3. Stir in Grand Mariner and Bailey's Irish Cream.
  4. Heat over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until hot but not boiling.
  5. Pour into 6 coffee mugs.
