Honey Berry Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup berry vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 cup finely diced onion
  • 2/3 cup salad oil
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Whisk together vinegar, honey and mustard.
  2. Add onion.
  3. Whisk while adding oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Chill at least one hour.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
  7. Shake before using.
