Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. After taking the husks and silk off corn,
  2. Slide a very sharp knife down the base of the corn cobs (as close as you can) removing the kernels.
  3. (you should have about 7 cups)
  4. Heat butter in a frypan to medium high heat
  5. Add corn, salt and pepper
  6. Saute, uncovered, stirring often at medium heat for about 9 minutes.
  7. Add chives and parsley,
  8. Saute, stirring often for about 1 minute.
  9. Check for salt and pepper...
  10. Serve
