Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter.
  2. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Crush crackers and scatter over broccoli mixture.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Bak 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
