Grilled Oriental Squid With a Wild Rice Stir Fry (Low Fat)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a gridle, dry grill the squid stakes until slightly charred and set aside.
  2. Boil the wild rice until tender and set aside.
  3. In a hot wok, cook the onions and peppers in the oil for 2 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and mangetout, cook for another two minutes.
  5. Add the oyster and fish sauce, cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add the water and turn the heat down.
  7. Add the squid stakes and lemon juice and simmer for 3 minutes.
  8. Remove the squid stakes and place on hot serving plate.
  9. Serve the rice on top of the stakes and sprinkle with the cashews.
  10. Yummy!
