Ingredients:

  1. Place chicken in a plastic ziplock bag. In a measuring cup, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning salt and sea salt to taste. Pour over chicken and message to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium and lightly oil the grates. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken until cooked through. (Depending on the thickness, about 8-10 minutes, turning once.).
  3. While chicken is grilling, melt butter with the brown sugar and honey. Place ham and pineapple slices on grill. Brush ham and pineapple slices with butter mixture (you may not need it all). Grill until pineapple is just tender.
  4. Layer the grilled chicken, ham and pineapple slices on the rolls and serve.
