Green Papaya Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium size green papaya
  • 1/4 of matchbox size ginger

Directions:

  1. Cut papaya into small strips - quite bigger to a match stick.
  2. Boil the chicken stock and the ginger
  3. When boiling add the papaya let it boil for about 5minutes.
  4. Top with chives and spring onion and serve.
