Grape Leaves Stuffed With Chevre

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. MARINADE TIME OVERNIGHT
  2. -
  3. Lay 2 grape leaves on cutting board, joined together at the bottoms (vein side up)
  4. Place goat chevre on top.
  5. Sprinkle with herbs and pepper.
  6. Wrap sides up over top to seal.
  7. Place in oil and marinate overnight. Drain well .
  8. Place on grill for one and a half minutes each side.
  9. Serve with flatbreads, crackers or grilled country bread and olives.
