Ingredients:

  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 5/8 cup buttermilk
  • 3-1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Combine all wet ingredients.. Mix in soda and spices. Add flour and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Bake in 3 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
