Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix everything together very well and shape into 2 loaves.
  2. You can either pour the tomato juice or ketchup on top before baking, or apply the sauce to the top of the meat loaf 10 minutes before it is done.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
  4. Makes 2 loaves.
