Grandma's Instant Potato Flake Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix together hamburger, instant potato, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
  2. Make into small meatballs and fry lightly.
  3. Add sliced onions and simmer to light brown.
  4. Then add ketchup and water and boil for a few minutes.
  5. Turn stove down and simmer for 10 mins.
