Grandma Zena's 100 Year Old Popcorn Balls

Ingredients:

  • 5 -6 cups popcorn, popped
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 tbsp dark vinegar
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup popcorn

Directions:

  1. Pop the popcorn and pour into a roaster and season with salt to taste.
  2. Melt the white sugar and Dark Karo Syrup together.
  3. Add vinegar and butter and cook to softball stage over med high heat.
  4. Stir occassionaly.
  5. Pour over popcorn and form into balls.
  6. Put in plastic sandwich bags to keep fresh.
