Ingredients:

  • 6 -8 apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven 350. Mix together the Apple Mix ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix together the crust ingredients.
  2. Spread the Apple Mix in a 9 x12 baking tray, and evenly distribute the crumb crust on top.
  3. Bake 350 until browned nicely, or until all the water is absorbed.
  4. NOTE: Cooking time is an estimate.
