Ingredients:

  • 250 grs de pinole* , 250 grs toasted corn flour homemade
  • 250 grs de harina, 250 grs plain flour
  • 250 grs de mantequilla, 250 grs butter
  • 125 grs de piloncillo molido**, 125 grs molasses or dark sugar
  • 125 grs de azucar normal, 125 grs caster sugar
  • una pizca de sal , pinch of salt
  • 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear, 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 huevo , 1 egg
  • 2 cdas de canela molida, 2 tbsp powder of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes y poner cucharadas de la pasta en hojas de horno engrasadas. Hornearlas a 180ºC por aproximadamente 12 minutos.
  2. Mix all the ingrediens and put spoonfulls of paste on greased oven large pans and bake them to 400ºF for 12 minutes. MMM, nice flavor.
