Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Makes 10 x 2/3c servings.
  2. Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients but olive oil, then slowly drizzeling in oil.
  3. Wash broccoli and slice thin with a mandolin, then chop to shorter pieces of very thin veg. Toss with dressing and chill for 1 hour.
  4. Slice tomatoes and eggs, chiffonade basil, finely chop hazelnuts, and grate eggs through a large grate.
  5. Combine all ingredients and chill for another 1/2 hr, then serve as a crisp, green side dish.
