Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheets
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in medium bowl
  3. Beat sugar and butter in large mixing bowl until well blended
  4. Beat in pumpkin, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth
  5. Beat in flour mixture gradually
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets
  7. Bake 15-18 minutes
  8. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets then move to wire racks.
  9. Drizzle glaze over cookies
