Ginger Chicken and Mushrooms with Broccoli

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse broccoli; microwave on high, covered for 3 minutes; drain
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil; add ginger, scallions, garlic and chicken, stir til chicken browns, remove from pan
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil, add red peppers, stir 2 minutes
  4. Add mushrooms and broccoli, stir 2 minutes
  5. Add chicken, toss to heat through
