Ingredients:

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 -4 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine, sugar, eggs, corn syrup and vanilla together.
  2. Add baking soda, salt, and flour.
  3. Roll out and cut with favorite shaped cookie cutters.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
  5. While warm, sanwich cookies with jam.
