Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Grease a 9 square pan. Mix all ingredients, except apples and raisins, in a medium size bowl. Add apples and raisin and gently mix until well blended.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool.
