Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 tsp regular or quick-acting yeast
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm milk (garam kar kay thanda kiya hua)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/6 cup oil
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/4 cup solid vegetable shortening
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. clear vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. milk

Directions:

  1. METHOD DONUTS:

  3. In A Mixing Bowl Add Yeast in hot water and mix well.
  4. Add milk, sugar, salt, egg, oil and 1 cup of Flour.
  5. Beat All On slow speed About 30 seconds.
  6. Scrape the Bowl While You Beating.
  7. Then beat on medium speed for 2 mins.
  8. Stir in remaining flour until smooth.
  9. Cover The mixture And Keep At Warm Place For 50-60 mins.
  10. It Will Be double in Size.
  11. Turn dough onto floured surface.
  12. Roll dough 1/2-inch thick. Cut with round cookie cutter.
  13. Cover and let rise on floured baking sheets until double, 30-40 Minuts.
  14. Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer to 350.
  15. Add Doughnuts In oil.
  16. Turn dounuts as turn golden brown,
  17. One minute on each side.
  18. Take Out The Doughnuts And Keep ThemTo Get cold.
  19. When Its Cold, make small hole to insert vanilla frosting.
  20. With a Sring Or Any Kind Of Nosel.
  21. At The End dust doughnuts With powdered sugar Nicely.
  22. You Can Make 12 doughnuts With This Recipie.
  23. METHOD VANILLA FROSTING:

  25. Take Cream butter and shortening.
  26. Gradually add sugar 1/2 cup at a time.
  27. Add milk and vanilla, beat until light and fluffy.
  28. ( You Can Keep This frosting In a Airtight container In ThefridgeFor 2 weeks )
  29. METHOD CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

  31. Take Chocolate Put in A Glass Bowl And Melt the chocolate on steam.
  32. Aad caster sugar and 1 tbs oil.
  33. When the donuts Get cooled dip the top surface of the dounts into the sauce
  34. And then flip over and cool on a plate. 10 - 15 mins.
  35. Glaze Will hard.
