Double Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 12 oz bag chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 325. In bowl, mix flour, soda & salt; set aside. In saucepan, mix butter, sugar and water and bring JUST to a boil. Remove. Add 1 cup chips & vanilla. Stir until smooth. Turn into large bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in remaining chips. Spread into greased 9 square pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. Can double and bake in 9 x 13 pan (and I ALWAYS do!).
