Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp yeast
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup warm water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in bread machine.
  2. Mix on dough cycle.
  3. Remove from bread pan and shape into 2 dozen dinner rolls.
  4. Let rise.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and brush tops with oil or butter.
  7. Cool on wire rack.
