I have made thousands of these buns in the past 10 - 15 years. I have a large extended family and always get asked to do them for graduations, weddings and nearly every other family event. I do believe I could whip out 10 dozen with my eyes closed. Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
4 teaspoons yeast |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 eggs |
1/4 cup oil |
1 cup warm water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in bread machine. 2. Mix on dough cycle. 3. Remove from bread pan and shape into 2 dozen dinner rolls. 4. Let rise. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. 6. Remove from oven and brush tops with oil or butter. 7. Cool on wire rack. |
