Ingredients:

  • 3 medium sized cucumbers
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • salt and pepper , to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 slices bread (extra thin slices)

Directions:

  1. Peel cucumbers and onions; put in blender until finely crushed.
  2. Put in cloth and squeeze out juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Blend cream cheese and add cucumber and onion.
  5. Then add mayonnaise; blend well.
  6. Spread on bread slices.
  7. Cut crusts on bread.
  8. Cut into 4 triangles and serve.
