Crock Pot Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup. milk
  • 3/4 cup. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup. biscuit mix
  • 1/3 cup. brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cold butter

Directions:

  1. Toss apples in a large bowl with cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.
  2. Place in a lightly greased crock pot.
  3. Combine milk, softened butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and the 1/2 cup biscuit mix. Spoon over the apples.
  4. Combine the 1 cup biscuit mix and brown sugar.
  5. Cut the cold butter into the mixture until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the apple mixture.
  7. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or until apples are soft
