Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup salt , plus
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/3 cup paprika , plus
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup black pepper
  • 3 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Can be stored indefinitly in tightly lidded glass jar.
  3. Great with Shrimp Creole.
