Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a double boiler scald the cream then blend flour with water and add to cream.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar then slowly add to cream along with extract.
  3. Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens then remove and chill.
  4. Follow manufacturer's directions for ice cream maker.
  5. Add strawberries during the last 5 minutes.
