Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine monterey jack cheese, scallions, mayonnaise, Old Bay and crab meat.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cut french bread in half lengthwise
  4. Spread out cut sides with crab meat and cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and broil 6-inches frm heat until hot and bubbly.
  7. Cut each bread slice into thirds.
  8. Serve immediately.
