Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook celery, pepper and onion in butter over medium heat until tender but not brown.
  2. Sprinkle vegetables, ham and cheese into pie shell.
  3. Beat eggs, milk, salt and paprika until well blended then pour over vegetable mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 375 for 35 minutes.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving then garnish with onion rings and green onion curls.
