Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup sweet milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into unbaked pie shell
  2. Bake 1 hour at 350-
  3. NOTE: Can bake pie shell 5-6 minutes at 400 degrees to seal bottom
  4. Prick lightly on bottom seal edges with foil to prevent burning while doing this
