Citrus Yogurt (Nigella Lawson)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp red wine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup lowfat yogurt
  • 2 to 3 ripe figs
  • 2 tsp nibbed or splintered pistachios, to garnish

Directions:

  1. Put the red wine, orange zest and honey into a bowl. Whisk in the yogurt and ground cinnamon.
  2. Quarter the figs and divide them between 2 bowls. Pour the yogurt mixture around the figs in each of the bowls and sprinkle with the pistachios to decorate.
