Ingredients:

  • 2 slabs (4 lbs) baby back ribs

Directions:

  1. For Rub:
  2. T. each kosher salt and garlic powder
  3. T. each smoked paprika and ground ginger
  4. T. pepper
  5. For Sauce:
  6. C. ketchup
  7. /4 c. light brown sugar
  8. T. orange juice concentrate
  9. T. each fresh lime juice and chili garlic sauce
  10. T. yellow mustard
  11. /4 t. pepper
  12. DIRECTIONS:
  13. Rub ribs with spice rub
  14. Put ribs in foil and wrap tightly
  15. Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside
  16. Cook ribs at 200 degrees for a couple to 2 1/2 hours and finish on grill
  17. Brush ribs with sauce while finishing on grill.
