Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 tsp mint extract
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl and set aside.
  2. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in microwave on high for 30 second intervals until
  3. In mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar till creamy
  4. Add melted chips and vanilla and mint extracts.
  5. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Put in frig until firm. About 1 to 2 hours.
  7. Preheat oven to 350.
  8. Shape dough in 1 balls - coat/roll in powdered sugar.
  9. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes until tops crack.
