Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz flour
  • 8 oz sugar
  • 2 oz butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 oz cocoa

Directions:

  1. Beat first five ingredients together until smooth and thick
  2. Add two thirds of the cocoa and continue beating
  3. Place in a greased casserole dish
  4. Mix remaining cocoa with brown sugar and sprinkle over top of cake mixture
  5. Pour over one and a half cups of water
  6. Bake in a moderate oven until cooked
