Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 4-quart bowl combine, cereal, pretzels and goldfish; set aside.
  2. Put the margarine and chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 45 seconds and stir.
  4. Continue microwaving, stirring every 30 seconds or so, until it is smooth.
  5. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  6. Immediately pour the chocolate over cereal in bowl.
  7. Stir until well coated.
  8. Spread over wax paper and cool until chocolate is firm, 1/2 hour.
  9. Break into pieces.
  10. Divide cereal evenly among three (1-gallon) resealable plastic bags.
  11. Spoon 1/2 cup of powdered sugar into each bag, and seal bag.
  12. Shake each bag until candy is evenly coated.
  13. Store in tightly sealed baggies or airtight containers.
