Directions:

  1. Mix cake ingredients for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
  4. Cool.
  5. Frosting:
  6. Mix ingredients except Cool Whip.
  7. After mixed fold in Cool Whip.
  8. Spread on Cake.
  9. Sprinkle 3 crushed Heath Candy Bars (or use toffee chips)
