  1. Okay in a large pot add 1cup of sugar , then the half cup cocoa , then add milk and simmer till good and hot , turn up just a bit and get in to a rolling boiling , now add dumplings , one at the time so they don't stick together , now turn down heat to low , keep stirring all the dumpling will start to float when they have cooked down and stop floating its almost done , about 5 more minutes then cool slightly it should be thicker now and as it cools get almost like pudding and put in serving dishes while warm, could add cool whip or whatever , my favorite in french vanilla ice creme , just a spoon full and dumplings warm , now Ive shared a very special recipe with you guys let me know how your turns out plz , Some people like this cold as well you decide my way is warm , and always put left overs in frig and heat up later being careful not to burn can even thin out wi9th alittle milk ;)
