Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add a little oil to pan .brown youre mince of and remove all excess liquid from pan and remove youre mince from pan put to the side.
  2. Add a litle more oil to pan and fry youre onions and garlic on a medium heat for 5 mins.
  3. Add youre bayleaves and bell pepper fry for another 2-3 mins.
  4. Now add youre ground spices(chili,cumin,paprika) and youre tomatoe puree. stirr this all together on a low heat cook for another 2 mins stirring continously
  5. Stirr in youre mince and tomatoes and salt.
  6. Add youre half can of water
  7. Bring to boil add youre ketchup and sugar stirr and turn heat right down and put lid on youre pot.
  8. Check youre chili every 5 mins or so and once youre mince is tender enough and youre sauce is begining to thicken add youre red chili(remove seeds if you are a wimp) cook for 5 more mins
  9. Add youre fresh chopped herbs (corriander,basil) and take of heat season to taste.
  10. I would serve this over some nachos sprinkled with some nice cheese put under grill for a min untill cheese begins to melt.if you like it real hot sprinkle some jalapenos on top. lovely jubbly. this is me and my mates favourite.....sorry about my spelling
