Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar and garlic.
  2. Whisk in the broth, blending until smooth. Stir in chili oil.
  3. If desired, thin sauce with additional tablespoon of chicken broth.
  4. Serve warm or cool.
