Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs round steaks
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Rub steak liberally with salt and pepper; pound as much flour into it as possible.
  2. Brown slowly on both sides in hot butter.
  3. Add a 1-2 tablespoon of water; cover, and steam or simmer a few minutes to make fork-tender.
