Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream softened margarine and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  3. Stir in egg and vanilla.
  4. Add combined flour,soda and salt,mix well.
  5. Stir in cheese,pineapple and cherries.
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
  8. Yield approx. 5 dozen
