Ingredients:

  • 3 oz momokawa organic nigori sake
  • 3/4 oz monin chai syrup
  • 3/4 oz cream
  • ice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Shake well and serve in a tumbler with ice or neat in a martini glass.
  3. Enjoy. :).
  4. **Garnish with a cinnamon stick.**.
