Cauliflower Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or 1/4 cup flour
  • oil

Directions:

  1. Cook cauliflower in water until soft.
  2. Mash cauliflower.
  3. Let it cool enough to handle.
  4. Add egg and breadcrumbs or flour and mix well.
  5. Shape into patties.
  6. Heat oil in frying pan.
  7. Put two or three cauliflower patties in at a time.
  8. Fry three or four minutes on each side or until brown.
