Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut out core of cauliflower without cutting into florets. Rinse cauliflower under cold running water and shake off excess water. Place cauliflower head on microwave safe plate and cover tightly with saran wrap. Microwave on high power 10 minutes until center of head in soft. Mix mayo, mustard and curry powder (to taste) and top cooked cauliflower with mixture. Add shredded cheese and heat on high power an additional 2 or 3 minutes til cheese is melted.
