Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 1/2 oz) package raisins
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Grate the carrots.
  2. Add the raisins, pineapple, mayonnaise, sugar, and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Refrigerate till ready to use.
