Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter
  2. Gradually beat in sugars until light and fluffy
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
  4. Stir in vanilla
  5. Combine the flour, baking powder,salt and pudding mix
  6. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk
  7. Beat on low speed just until blended
  8. Fold in pecans
  9. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan
  10. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean
  11. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to cool completely
  12. Dust with powdered sugar
