Ingredients:

  • 1/8 wedge lime
  • 1 tbsp sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 1/2 oz cachaca, or light rum
  • ice

Directions:

  1. Place the lime and sugar in the bottom of a glass. Using the handle of a heavy wooden spoon, crush and mash the lime segment into the sugar. Add the cachaca or rum, and stir. Add ice as desired, stir, and serve.
