Ingredients:
1/8 wedge lime |
1 tablespoon sugar, or more to taste |
1 1/2 ounces cachaca, or light rum |
ice |
Directions:
1. Place the lime and sugar in the bottom of a glass. Using the handle of a heavy wooden spoon, crush and mash the lime segment into the sugar. Add the cachaca or rum, and stir. Add ice as desired, stir, and serve. |
